POSITION: Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Sales Executive’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

POSITION: CONTENT WRITER

Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication. If you’re familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.

Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality-writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote products/services
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
  • Submit work to editors for input and approval
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Promote content on social media
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  • Update website content as needed

POSITION: GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Generating creative solutions; translating concepts and information into images; using feedback to modify designs; applying design principles; demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Brand management through developing and managing the designs for clients. Brand Visualizer and able to demonstrate aesthetic sense in creativity.
  • Developing posts for Social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram etc.).
  • Producing promotional displays and marketing brochures for products and services, developing signs and signage systems.
  • Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selecting style and size of type, and creating sample layouts.
  • Reviewing final layout and suggesting improvements as needed, and presenting final layout to Managers as required.
  • Reviewing quality of final product before release.
  • Developing concepts for and design client’s collateral materials including Internet Web pages, interactive media, multimedia projects, brand activation etc.
  • Creating and maintaining the design style guide and user experience guidelines.

POSITION: SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

The Social Media & Content Strategist develops paid and non-paid social media and content strategies, helping to grow a client’s business through a variety of online and social channels. The strategist helps to grow the client’s business and ensuring the team execution meets and exceeds client expectations. In this role, the Strategist insures that the agency provides:

  • Sound and responsible social media / content strategy and planning.
  • Proper and innovative execution of work in all areas on schedule.
  • A consistently superior creative product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business preferred.
  • Interest in and aptitude for developing social media and content strategy solutions
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a strategist in a creative agency or digital agency environment
  • Possesses understanding of Social advertising campaign management and optimization practices across the biggies, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pintrest, Vine and Instagram.
  • Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
  • Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development
  • Demonstrates strategic insight to develop long term execution plans from client’s stated business objectives and implement those plans
  • Displays organizational capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of social advertising campaigns
  • Exhibits solid communication skills in order to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams – new business experience a plus.
  • Demonstrates understanding of and ability to facilitate and manage forecasting, budgeting and pacing, campaign creation and optimization
  • Displays understanding of business concepts and client objectives in order to identify campaign expansion opportunities
  • Possesses well developed analytical ability to extract insight from data and plan next steps across multiple marketing mediums
